epartment of Health guidelines recommend vaccination for the following patients in the order listed:

 Patients aged 6 months to 65 years who suffer from any of the following conditions:
• Diabetes
• Stroke/TIA
• Chronic Heart Disease
• Asthma
• COPD
• Kidney Disease
• Liver Disease
 All pregnant women
 Household contacts of immunosuppressed individuals
 People aged 65 and over who suffer from one of the conditions listed above.

Greenway Road surgery plan to offer 2 Saturday Morning immunisation clinics when vaccines become available

Late October or early November

For full immunity 2 vaccinations are required 3 weeks apart for children aged 6 months to 10 years and for immunocompromised patients.

We strongly advise all patients in the above groups to attend these clinics.
